The next time you’re fighting to stay awake – pull your ears!


If you’re sleep deprived, or bored - and really need a quick pick-me-up, pull down on your earlobes...

That’s one of the acupressure techniques you can use to help feel instantly more awake. You can also try pressing against the back of your legs, just below the knees. That’s another acupressure point of perk.

Laughing is another affective way to wake yourself up. Find some humor, a funny video or try recalling something from the past that makes you laugh. It stimulates the brain and if you can laugh out loud you’ll get a surge of oxygen and energy.
