Quick – draw a flower. Then let's analyze...

Our drawings and sketches can say a lot about us, psychologically...

Psychologist Jonathan Rich say drawing a flower can shed some light on what makes us tick. Try it yourself, or ask someone you know to draw one. Now analyze:

• A small bud: You’re full of potential with untapped promise.

• Flower in a vase or pot: You’ve made your flower portable which suggests you have a desire for adventure and travel.

• Flower with leaves: You’re a deep thinker and have a knack for seeing beyond the obvious.

• A bouquet: You’re open and outgoing and are good at connecting ideas.

• Grass: If there is grass at the base of your flower, you’re family-focused and have a strong support system.

• Lots of petals: You’re an optimist with lots of energy.

• Simple, single bloom: You’re focused and detail-oriented – and probably a perfectionist.
