One way to make it a little easier in the morning would be to go to bed earlier and get more sleep – but that’s no fun.
If you’re determined to stay up late – forget about using the snooze button. If you’re sleep deprived, hitting the snooze button will only make you feel groggier when you DO have to get up. Set your alarm a little later and give yourself that much more uninterrupted sleep. Just remember you’ll have to bite the bullet and get right up. Jolting yourself out of bed is actually a lot easier than letting yourself doze off and having to do it all over again.
