The next time you eat too much and wind up with a stomach ache - grab a hairbrush...


If you overdid it at dinner, or have indigestion - find a hair brush and brush your hands...

Stimulating the right acupressure points in our hands will activate digestion and get you back on your feet. You’ll want to firmly brush the backs of your hands for three to four minutes. If you’re still doubled over, try massaging the inside of your thumb from the base near your wrist to the top.
