If you’d like to relax, breathe - but just through one nostril...


Deep breathing is a great method of reducing stress - especially if you alternate nostrils. ..
Alternate breathing is easy to do and can be particularly relaxing once you get the hang of it. Get comfortable and close your mouth. The trick is to breathe in through one nostril and out through both, then in through both and out through one. Switch sides and repeat. 

Alternate breathing helps harmonize the right and left sides of the brain, calms the mind and even helps balance mood.
