Do you take pain reliever BEFORE working out or exercising? Bad idea!


Some athletes and exercise enthusiasts pre-load their pain relief to prevent muscle aches after the fact. ..

Some experts are saying that’s a really bad idea. They say any strenuous exercise is likely to cause small intestinal injuries. Because ibuprofen is hard on the gastrointestinal lining, it can aggravate those injuries and do some real damage. 

Taking pain relief after the fact is still considered okay, to a point. Those who feel they need it every time they exercise need to consider the side effects of potential kidney problems and adjust their exercise routines accordingly.
