Traffic jams can be really bad for our mental health...

A recent study is suggesting that traffic could actually put us at risk for psychological disorders in the future. Traffic jams are a perfect example of minor irritations that stress us out on a regular basis. Experts are saying that frequently experiencing minor annoyances can be harder on our brains than more serious stress on occasion.

The next time you have to slam on the brakes, let that be a reminder that the situation is out of your control and that it’s not worth suffering brain damage over.
