A new study in the journal “Perceptual and Motor Skills” says there are some foods that might help enhance your dreams a bit and improve your recall once you wake up. Vitamin B6 is the dreamy ingredient. It helps convert amino acids into serotonin which increases alertness during the dreaming phase of sleep. Foods rich in B6 include hummus, tuna, salmon, cereal and bananas.
