Some businesses have started to incorporate icebreakers into their retreats or orientations as a way of encouraging employees to interact. While some icebreakers make sense and will consist of employees introducing themselves to each other or pairing up for a task – others can get kind of weird. A few notorious corporate icebreakers have included awkward social games, holding hands, wearing silly stuff or creepy tasks like matching shoes from a pile with your coworker’s feet.
