If you drink a lot of coffee or caffeinated soda – eat more of this...



More and more research is suggesting that coffee is really good for us. Soda – not so much...  

But if you drink a lot of either of those – you really should be eating more spinach, every day. People who consume a lot of caffeine on a daily basis wind up flushing out a lot of valuable potassium. Working a little more into your diet will improve your levels of physical and mental energy.

Some other good sources of potassium are beans, lentils, potatoes with skin, avocado halibut and haddock.
