Dr. Greg Homer has been working on this eye changing technology for about 10 years and says he’ll be able to change anyone’s eyes to blue with a quick laser treatment. He says we all have blue eyes underneath whatever pigment is on top. Using a laser, they remove that extra pigment from the surface, revealing the underlying blue, permanently.

Still in its testing phase, Dr. Homer says this procedure should be available here in the U.S. within 3 years and will probably cost about $3,000.
