If you snore – or have to sleep with someone who does – try this!
People who snore aren’t the only ones with a problem – just ask the person trying to sleep next to them. According to Murray Grossan, author of “Free Yourself from Sinus and Allergy Problems,” there’s one unusual technique that really works. Blow a didgeridoo. It’s a 4 foot Australian wooden trumpet. People who have tried this technique have actually conditioned the muscles of the tongue and throat to significantly reduce snoring.
In a British study, people who played that didgeridoo for 30 minutes a day, six days a week, for four months had a big improvement with their sleep apnea or snoring issues. No word on whether their sleeping partners had moved out yet.
