...the grocery store has a few good romantic options:
Check the gourmet section for some caviar - an exotic treat. You’ll need some plain little toast points to serve it on – and make sure to use a plastic spoon or knife, no metal. If you’d really like to impress your date – enjoy a blob of caviar off the back of your hand with a shot of vodka like the pros.
For something a little sweeter than fish eggs, head for the produce isle – and grab some strawberries, bananas or apples. They’ll probably have some microwaveable chocolate to dip them in on display there. If not, check the baking isle.
Pick up some candles from the housewares aisle, some simple flowers and a card – and you’ve got a very romantic evening all in one bag.
