Chewing gum can be really good for you. How much should you be chewing?

You’ve probably heard that chewing gum can reduce stress and curb your appetite...

Japanese researchers have found even more benefits – IF you chew enough. Participants in a study, who chewed one piece of gum, twice a day for 2 weeks, had significant positive results. They lowered depression and mental fatigue by as much as 47%. The chewers also scored much higher on mood and focus tests – that’s because chewing gum increases blood flow to the brain.
