Don’t touch that soap – it’s filthy!

You expect to find germs in a public bathroom and on the shopping cart – but on the soap?

Soap dispensers made the Discovery Fit & Health list of germ-infested items. 25% of those tested in public restrooms had fecal matter on there. Here are some more things NOT to touch.

• People afraid to touch the soap dispenser may skip the hand washing all together, leaving them on the bathroom door handle instead.

• Restaurant menus are disgusting. Save the sanitizer until AFTER you’ve ordered.

• Doctor’s offices are supposed to be germy. Bring your own sanitizer, tissues, toys and sanitizer.

• Restaurant or bar lemon wedges. Request your beverage without one. If you must have lemon, plan ahead and pack your own.
