It may not be the trendiest diet but a new study has found it works like a charm. The researchers say that those who drank two cups of water before each meal lost significantly more weight than those who didn’t. That feeling of fullness resulted in less calories consumed and, as you’d expect, more weight loss. Taking in more water also increases the energy expenditure in our bodies which gives the water diet it’s one-two punch.
