Beware of Thin People!

Who you dine with could have a big impact on your diet...

You’re safe with big people who eat a lot – and skinny people who don’t eat much. But BEWARE the thin people who eat a lot. Those are the most hazardous to our diet according to Psychology Today. We subconsciously think “they can eat that and still look good, so can I” – without taking into consideration different body types and metabolisms.
