If you sleep on your back – that’s a bad position to be in...
Sleeping on your back is for babies. According to sleep expert Dr. Steven Park, that position can be problematic for adults. By rolling over, most of us can reduce morning fatigue, headaches and even sore throats. Our muscles relax while we’re asleep – and when we’re on our backs the tongue settles into the throat a bit and can interfere with breathing easy. The older we get – the more of a problem it can be - so it’s a good idea to get in the habit of side or stomach sleeping now.
