There is a difference between “natural” and “organic.” If you choose “natural,” you’re just taking the manufacturers word for it. There are no government standards or testing for those products. When something is labeled “organic,” it’s been subjected to testing and certified by the U.S. Department of agriculture.
With organic stuff, check the small print. You might see the word “organic” in big bold letters – but watch for phrases like “made with organic ingredients” or percentages.
