Aging Gracefully

We’re all aging – but some of us are better at it than others...

Don’t look now – but you’re aging. There are a few things we should all be doing to build our resilience and slow down the whole aging process:




• Find 1 positive thing in every negative situation.

• Change 3 things about your routine. The older we get – the more set in our ways we tend to be. Changing it up keeps us more emotionally flexible when life throws us a curve ball.

• Laugh at least 5 times a day. It reduces stress and helps us cope.

Our state of mind and level of resilience can have as big an effect on how we age as nutrition and exercise.
