Your bed time can speak volumes about your personality.
Richard Wiseman, author of “59 seconds,” analyzed hundreds of questionnaires and found some very definite character traits of night owls and early birds.
Early birds are usually introverted with a lot of self-control. They tend to be logical, cooperative and try to make a good impression. They also report higher levels of happiness.
Night owls are the creative and independent types. They can be a bit impulsive and take more risks but they're also more intelligent and have more success with the opposite sex.
For most of us, our circadian rhythms determine which we’re prone to be. If you’d like to give the other side a try, you can override you’re natural circadian tendancies but it takes work. Night owls need early morning exposure to the sun, every morning, to start the change.
