You’re supposed to ask questions at the end of a job interview. Here are three good ones...

Any questions?

You really should have some prepared for the end of a job interview. Here are some very effective questions to ask a potential employer from some top hiring managers:

* Is there any reason why you wouldn’t hire me? It takes guts but go ahead and ask. It lets you know where you stand before you walk out that door.

* As an employee, how could I exceed your expectations? This conveys confidence without sounding brash. It also suggests you’re eager to succeed.

* What excites you about coming to work? This question turns the tables a bit and should produce a little insight beyond the job description and first impressions.
