Certain fruits and vegetables can actually reduce your risk of stroke...




Fruits and veggies are good for you – WHITE fruits and veggies are really good...  

New research is suggesting that white produce, or produce with white flesh, may significantly reduce our risk of stroke. The study lasted over 10 years and involved more than 20,000 men and women. Those who ate the most white or light produce suffered the fewest strokes. 

Cauliflower is an obvious one. Other good white or light-fleshed produce choices include apples, pears, bananas and cucumbers.
