Make Your Bed!

Did you make your bed this morning?

If you’d like a better night’s sleep tonight – be sure to make your bed this morning. A survey by the National Sleep Foundation says it really makes a difference. People who regularly make their bed each morning were 19% more likely to fall asleep faster at night. Researchers chalk that up to a feel-good relaxing sensation when we go through the motions of turning down the sheets and climbing into a tidy bed.

If you’d like to add a few more z’s – try spritzing your sheets with lavender scented linen spray before you climb in. That scent can act as a natural tranquilizer.
