Twitter is great on keeping you up to date with who’s thinking and doing what – but it can save you money too! 

It’s a good idea to follow your favorite stores on Twitter. Most big supermarket chains will alert you about specials and even tweet some coupons and deals you won’t find anywhere else. 

Consider getting in the habit of tweeting at the pump too. Sites like “FuelFrog” and “My Mile Marker” let you tweet fill-ups, mileage and consumption – keeping track of your fuel efficiency. If you see a drop in your vehicle’s performance – it could be time to service your car, check the air in your tires or tweek your driving habits a bit.
