A new survey of 3,000 adults has determined that people who sleep on the left side of the bed wake up happier and more optimistic. If the left side is already taken – that’s okay. People who sleep on the right side tend to enjoy more on-the-job success.
Getting out of bed on the left helps boost creativity and imagination. Getting up on the right side of the bed helps you start the day with an extra dose of logic, patience and strategy.
