The stronger you like your mustard – the better. Mustard seeds are high in antioxidants and have other nutrients including selenium, magnesium and calcium. It’s also got antiseptic and anti-fungal properties. Mustard has been coming in handy throughout history. It’s been used to ward off evil spirits, in hair tonics, as an aphrodisiac – and, of course, as a hot dog enhancer.
