You can manage time more efficiently by breaking up your day...
Jason Womack, leadership coach at Inc.com, says we can all get something done in a 15 minute block and we’ve got 96 of those in a 24 hour day. Deduct 8 hours for sleep and you’ve still got 64 blocks. Jason suggests starting with a list. Take a moment and ask yourself, “if I had 15 minutes, what would I do?” Write those down and work them into your new schedule. A one hour meeting will take 4 of your blocks but you’ll be able to schedule several small tasks in just one 15 minute block.
We waste a lot of time thinking about what we have time to do. If you’ve got that list handy, and 15 minutes to spare, you can you can start to chip away at that list.
