Look at the time - it’s fat o’clock!


If you’re watching your weight - beware of 7 pm on Sunday night...

That’s fat o’clock according to a snacking survey. 7 to 10 pm on Sunday is prime time to crave fattening comfort food. If you manage to make it through that binge zone unscathed, be careful the next day from 3 to 5 pm. Those afternoon hours are another danger zone for dieters on any given day, with 5 to 7 pm waiting in the wings with more temptation. 

Another fat phenomenon the survey says can derail our diet is eating lunch at our desk. Those who do that say they tend to eat more later, likely because their less satisfied by their multi-tasking meal.
