- Pears: They’re packed with copper, potassium and vitamins that can really enhance our natural glow. Make sure to eat the skins.
- Cabbage: It helps heal damaged tissues and can even minimize deep lines in the skin.
- Lemons: They aid digestion and strengthen our liver, which ultimately helps cleanse and clear the skin.
- Watercress: Have some in your salad, especially if you have acne or eczema. Watercress helps to cleanse skin tissue.
