Watching TV is bad for your health – REALLY bad...

A recent study from Australia says TV is shortening our life spans. Here are their findings: People who watched for a lifetime average of 6 hours per day died 4.8 years sooner. They also calculated that every hour of TV watched after age 25 reduces our life expectancy by 22 minutes.
