Procrastination is a form of self-sabotage that can cause big problems in every aspect of your life – including your personal and professional relationships.
If there’s a task you’ve been putting off, Julie suggests you start in the middle. In some cases, starting at the 2nd or 3rd step can make the 1st leap less tedious. If you’re convinced you’d rather do that tomorrow – think of what you could do instead if you did it today.
