Spring Ahead Slump

That spring forward on Sunday might feel more like a crawl on Monday...

You can help your body adjust a bit in advance by eating your lunch and dinner an hour earlier starting today. An earlier bedtime before the fact helps too – even 15 to 30 minutes can make a big difference, each night, starting tonight.

Come Monday – treat yourself to the ideal breakfast for waking up: Orange juice, rye bread, an egg and some coffee of course.
