Good Timing

When you're running errands - timing is everything...

Consider doing your grocery shopping on Wednesday this week. According to Mark DiVincenzo, author of “Buy Ketchup in May and Fly at Noon,” that’s when most supermarket chains start their specials – and that’s when the shelves should be fully stocked, saving you some time. If you need to hit one of the superstores – try to do that after 7 p.m. – that’s when the store is least crowded and the employees less busy and more able to help. The best time to hit the post office is 30 minutes after they open – that’s when the initial opening rush subsides.
