New Navigation

There’s a new old-fashioned way to fight memory loss – turn OFF the GPS!

If you’ve noticed your sense of direction has taken a dive since you got that GPS – it’s not just you. Drivers who get around using maps and landmarks instead of a GPS have more active cells in the navigation and memory areas of the brain. These modern day Megellans are less likely to suffer brain fog and age-related memory loss. If you must – use the GPS to get there but turn it off for the ride home or save it for when you’re really lost.
