Plug It In

If you’ve gone wireless – and don’t even know where that Ethernet cord is anymore – you might want to dig it up.

There are a few things we do on the computer that will go a LOT smoother when you’re really plugged in. Video chatting is the most noticeable one. According to PC World - wireless connections work about 30% SLOWER than cables in most homes and offices. You won’t really notice that lack of speed much with regular browsing on your computer – but if you’re chatting, downloading or streaming – a cable connection is the way to go.
