Anti-Allergic Food

If you suffer from spring allergies – stock up on apples and onions...

Scientists have found that the peelings of apples and onions have the highest amount of a natural allergy fighting anti-histamine called quercetin. Red apples and red onions are the best – and some other good sources of quercetin are pomegranates and green or black tea.
