Let’s hear it for spaghetti and meatballs!
It’s easy to make and actually has more nutritional value than you would think. There’s iron and protein in that beef and the lycopene from the tomato sauce is good for us too.
If you’re more in the mood for Mexican – whip up some burritos. They can be really healthy too if you fill them with the right stuff. Use plenty of veggies, with avocado, white beans and brown rice and a reasonable portion of meat.
