You can look even more beautiful by eating certain foods. 

Here’s are some items on the attractive menu:

• Green Beans: They’ve got silicon in there which helps to make your hair stronger, thicker and more luscious.

• Watercress: Rich in antioxidants, it helps to reduce inflammation and pore size. The iron in watercress can increase your glow factor.

• Apples: They can do wonders for your smile, buffing away stains left by coffee, tea and red wine.
