Feeling a bit strung out on caffeine? There’s a cure for that...


If that last cup of coffee has left you feeling on edge, have a banana...

Overcaffeination can throw off our balance of electrolytes including calcium and potassium, especially if you’ve had too much on an empty stomach. Eating a banana can help get some of those levels back in check and may even help to stave off caffeine generated headaches and jitters.

If you don’t like bananas, try having something else with potassium and calcium such as a glass of milk or a piece of cheese.
