• 2 p.m.: Take a power nap. 10 minutes will cure the post-lunch slump and improve the rest of your day.
• 4 p.m.: Tweet something. Retweets peak between 4 and 5 p.m.
• 5 p.m.: Get some exercise. That’s when your stamina and strength are levels are up.
• 9 p.m.: Sell something on eBay. It’s the best time to end an auction.
• 10 p.m.: Solve problems. Abstract thinking peaks when your system is winding down.
