Do you sneeze just like someone in your family?

How we sneeze turns out to be part of who we are. According to Dr. Frederic Little, assistant professor of Medicine – we often inherit our sneeze style. Chances are, your mom, dad – or crazy uncle sneezes just like you. The photic sneeze – that’s the one triggered by sunlight – is the most commonly inherited sneeze.

Gender also has an effect on how we sneeze. 32 percent of women admit holding in their sneezes. 46 percent of men describe themselves as BIG sneezers. Men and women are pretty evenly split with multiple sneezing – 26 percent for women, 27 percent for men.
