Most of have a go-to filler word when counting the seconds is in order. In the United States, the most common one-second words are Mississippi, one-hundred and one-thousand. You can’t play hide and seek without them.
The British have their own set of second words. There, the most popular fillers are Piccadilly and elephant. Some other animal are suitable for counting including the chimpanzee, hippopotamus, alligator and crocodile.
