What do most skinny people eat every day?

Would you like to be skinny? Have some dairy – particularly milk and yogurt. 

Harvard researchers looked at the eating habits of more than 7,000 adults and found that those who ate dairy products at least twice a day were significantly less likely to get fat. That’s because high levels of calcium in milk and yogurt can help regulate fat metabolism. The thin people did usually opt for the low-fat or no fat varieties of dairy products.
