Do you like your neighbors? If not, you may want to move.

How do you get along with your neighbors?

Your answer can have a big impact on your health. Research from the University of Michigan looked at neighbors and health and found a surprising correlation. The four year study asked participants to score their relationships and fondness of the neighborhood from 1 to 7. Those who scored a 7 had a 67 percent reduced heart attack risk compared to people who gave a score of 1.

People who get along with their neighbors tend to be socially connected, active and enjoy a better overall quality of life. Hug your neighbor today.
