Sleep Tight

If you’d like to fall asleep faster – wear these to bed...

Wearing socks to bed can actually induce sleepiness. That’s because your body works harder sending blood to your extremities. If your feet are already warm – you’ll be speeding the process up.

Satin or silk pajamas can really help too. Less friction and a sense of luxury can trigger relaxing feel-good hormones before your head hits the pillow – and you’re less likely to get too hot in the middle of the night.
