If you are prone to anxiety, carry one of these in your pocket.

Feeling anxious?

You’ve probably heard that deep breathing, from the belly, can help. It’s not easy to master deep breathing but there’s a simple trick for that and it involves a balloon. Blowing up a balloon forces you to breathe from the diaphragm through long, deep breaths. If you’re feeling anxious or worried, blowing up that balloon can help slow your heart rate and lower blood pressure while giving you an extra dose of oxygen. If you’ve got a stressful situation to deal with, carry a balloon in your pocket. Taking time out for some balloon therapy can help take the edge off and even improve your posture and core balance.
