Do you really need a new mattress every seven years?


Do you sleep better away from home than in your own bed? 

If so, it’s probably time to get a new mattress. The same is true if you wake up tired or achy. We’re supposed to replace our mattress every 7 to 10 years. A good mattress is a big investment and if you treat it right, you can significantly extend its life. 

It’s all about rotation. A new mattress should be rotated every two weeks for the first three months. After that, it’s still a good idea to rotate your mattress every two months. A couple more tips from the mattress pros – get a frame with center support and do NOT let the kids jump on your bed!
