Decaf Heacache

If you've ever tried to kick the coffee habit, chances are you got a wicked headache.
Giving up caffeine is no easy task. Especially if you count on that coffee to get you going. But people who wean themselves off of it ultimately have more energy and stamina if they do it right. Severe headaches can be a big deterrent from going without caffeine. To give it up, it's best to start by cutting your consumption in half, and then substituting the other half with green or herbal tea, especially in the morning. Continue reducing the caffeine intake each day, and within a short time, you'll be off it all together without feeling it.

It's also important to add extra water or juice. You'll need five to six cups of fluids BEFORE 3 PM to be fully hydrated during hours of peak activity.
