We know blueberries are good for us – but they’re even better than we thought!
You may have heard that blueberries are good brain-food. The USDA and Tufts University research has found that every-day consumption can help slow and even reverse some age-related brain decline. Now there’s even more good news about blueberries. A Harvard study found that adults who ate at least one serving of blueberries a week are 10% less likely to develop high blood pressure. Another study from Texas Woman’s University says blueberries can potentially shrink fat zones by interfering with the formation of fat cells.
